Your mission
As a People & Operations Associate/Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company. You will work across multiple disciplines such as HR, Communications, Executive Management, and Business Operations to ensure our company runs smoothly. You will play a crucial role in managing office operations, enhancing employee performance and happiness, and organizing company events. Your efforts will support the CXO team and contribute to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:

Manage recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes

Oversee office management and administrative tasks

Enhance manager and employee performance and happiness by identifying and solving problems, evaluating potential solutions, and implementing selected strategies; provide coaching and counseling to managers and employees

Complete special projects by defining objectives, setting schedules, conducting research, organizing information, and ensuring timely delivery

Embody, uphold, and protect the organization's values

Organize company events and retreats to foster team cohesion and morale
What you need to succeed
-
Proven experience in a high-growth startup environment with constant change; 3+ years in a People Partner, HR Manager, HR Program Manager, or similar role

Strong values and purpose-driven leadership

Excellent problem-solving, reporting, and analytical skills; quick to identify and adapt to new IT tools

Demonstrated ability to research and analyze issues at a senior level, providing feedback and guidance

Understanding of Human Resources practices and legal requirements

Strong verbal communication and consulting skills, with the ability to work effectively at the senior leadership level
-
High level of emotional intelligence and empathy to connect with employees and address their needs

Attention to detail

Ability to juggle long-term strategic projects while managing day-to-day operations

Discretion, sensitivity, and confidentiality in handling confidential information

Proficiency in English is essential; German and Swiss German are strong advantages
